am not sure why many have classed this book so high as far as 4+ out of 5 stars...even 3 would be being generous...its just although informative not really giving a valid and sum up conclusion on what he preaches,...normally you read a book for some solid wisdom (not to say it lacks it entirely, but Im not sure, not my style of learning perhaps, but did not enjoy this book as much i'd anticipated... and frankly do not agree with all points made! Sometimes you get the notion perhaps it is the author (dare I say it) needs some therapy to investigate his very own points of view and 'presumptions' which are naive.

If you have a critical mind, this book can change your way of thinking. It's simply about overcoming the laziness and to find the strength to change the map of your life from time to time, to accept, that there is a power beyond materialistic values and scientific analysis.

For those who dare to take the responsibility of growing up and discover that it is even more liberating than not to!

great book...insightful!

One of those valuable books to read in life, a bit of a gem. Helped me clarify a few things buzzing around in my head. I've always believed in discipline and I also agree that we all have it in us to achieve what we want - if we put our mind to it. I really enjoyed the first few sections on Discipline and Love. I just want to take a year off work and read more around psychology.
